Husband Cuts/Trims My Hair

Hey guys! My husband has been cutting/trimming my hair since before I went natural. Here's how he does it in his own words (Lol)!

My husband cut, trimmed, and blow dried my hair during pregnancy when I stopped relaxing my hair and I would re-twist his long locs after he edged himself up and washed his hair. We did this for years.

I cringed when he cut that much too LOL. but it's still long and it will definitely grow back. When you'r hair is that long you can definitely hack a little more off and still have it so long LOL.

I let my husband cut mine once and I wanted a divorce back then LOL

I think every women should have her guy be her stylist. My husband has been cutting my hair for me since we first met. I get caped, my elbow length hair combed out, center parted, sectioned just behind my ear on each side and pinned up with hair clips. My hair is thick, so he lets it down in increments to trim each layer with his sharp pro grade Japanese steel hair shears to match the guide of the layer below that he trimmed. I have him dot it every couple months so he gets the splits/ damage taking off only about an inch to keep my hemline neat. Saves me hundreds of dollars a year, and never a bad haircut or worry that he will cut off too much.

I'd never trust my husband with scissors in my hair... I'd be missing plugs lol😁😁😂.. overall he did a good job 🙂

Final product was great but he definitely cut off hair unnecessarily. When he gathered it all together and cut it, the angle that's formed is different than when it lays naturally against your back, so then he had to go in and fix the sides making it even shorter. I don't blame you, though, I'd rather take my chances at home than the hair salon.
