She needs to be able to tell the box via the remote but my cousin said it’s not working now

Hi I am trying to help my neighbour but I dont have virgin. he has just upgraded to the tv 360 voice control. I seem to have paired the new remote as I can change channels etc but cannot get the voice activation to work. Am I missing something?

Hi, i found your videos very useful after just been on the phone to virgin. they are sending me the 360 to replace my V6. at the moment i have 2 V6 with 1T on each, from reading some forums is it correct that the new 360 is only replaced with one box and one mini that shares 1T storage, so infact i loose 1T? and that the mini only has 2 min live pause? we use our 2 V6 boxes in two main rooms, kids and adults so they are very well used in each. i feel the mini is more suited as a little extra for a bedroom, is this correct? thinking i now need to stop this transfer! eek not sure what to do, can you advise pls.

Hi when I load virgin 360 from v6 will I loose my saved apps like netfix etc

Ugh! It's just awful, I can't express enough how poor it is, it doesn't even do a quarter of the things the TiVo box could do, it's actually ten steps backwards in comparison. And now virgin say they can't revert me back as they are phasing out TiVo, I'm so disgusted with it's lack of functions, options and dreadful recording archiving that I will be leaving virgin media ASAP...
