Worst decision we've made the new remote control is very poor, no last channel button and the voice control skip forward/backward is very hit and miss (doesn't recognise the difference between two and to). There is no my shows/ recording button you have to make several button presses to find programmes. I would pay to be able to change back to the old remote and system.

Do not get this, since we changed over have had nothing but problem's. Currently looking into cancelling and getting freeview recorder.

Do not enter this nightmare guys, I contracted a sim mobile plan from them and even after canceling the contract and paying everything, with the attendant confirming that everything is settled and canceled (after 50 minutes on the phone), I just received an email with a bill to be paid next month. Here we go again to more stress

Do you need a TV licence for this? Just got mine today, all the items in the box are very dusty and look like someone who was not happy returned it? And they never bother to seal it properly.

My 85 year old mother has just been talked into a new Virgin contract by someone in India. A new remote has arrived that does not seem to be compatible with her old Virgin box. The only thing that works is the volume control. I will be ringing to complain!

I don't need voice control or multi-room, and Netflix and Amazon Prime look like crap if they're filtered through a 25 fps interface.

Was forced to change to 360 due to a fault with my V6. The 360 is abysmal and inferior to the V6 in everyway

5 days no broadband. Pitiful compensation. Avoid Virgin Media like the plague.

The 360 is a laggy, buggy, awkward piece of junk and Virgin should be ashamed of hawking such a poor-quality product... makes me miss my Tivo and that's saying something, cos the Tivo wasn't exactly great either.

I absolutely hate this new set up…the last one was so easy. If I had my way we would cancel and transfer to Sky. Has anyone worked out how to ‘play all’ on a tv series?
