Learn how to cook an amazing Spanish Potato Omelette "Tortilla de Patatas" with our Chef Oscar Cabezas.

Time: 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
- 9 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 3/4 Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- A pan
- Salt

Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes & chunk them irregularly
2. Chop the onion
3. Pour olive oil in a medium heated pan
4. Fry the onions and potatoes until brown
5. Remove them with a skimmer to get rid of the remaining olive oil
6. Add salt to taste
7. Whisk 9 eggs and mix them with the potatoes in a separate bowl
8. Clean the pan to avoid excess of olive oil
9. Pour a splash of olive oil in the cleaned pan. Enough to keep the omelette from sticking to the pan.
10. Let sit for 3 minutes until the side is cook and flip it to cook the other side
11. Put garnish and enjoy!!
