I highly recommend a Bombay cat. I love mine. She’s smart and sweet. She’s very attentive towards me. Perfect cat for someone who is home a lot. She gets along with our other Tuxedo cat really well too.

Just adopted a 1 year old Bombay and she’s the coolest! They definitely have some dog characteristics in regard to play and loyalty. Very cool breed! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Out of many, these are three main reason to Have a Bombay! They have the most speacial characteristics, some of which they share with dogs. Their daily routine is very structured, they are smart, loyal, don't trust easily, calculate everything and give dedicated love to their favorite one. I am the lucky one at home and my Bombay girl is unique and different from my four other cats. Bombay all the way!

I got a Bombay without knowing I had a Bombay (he was free to good home rescue kitten) .. it was definitely a different experience from my other cats . He is silky smooth, definitely full of energy, he is a Velcro cat, you can not be in a room with closed doors or he is crying . He plays fetch, and has the longest tail of every seen on a cat . He can be crazy 🤪 but I love him even with all his craziness.

It's a matter of personal of preference. Hands down adopting two Bombay cats has been nothing but entertaining, I have no regrets about adopting them.

Bombay cats are only from certified pedigree breeders, which are very rare now. You cannot find bombay cats from shelters, pet stores, or strays from the streets. If you do, they are black domesticated short haired cats. There are way too many misinformation in the internet about what bombay cats are. If you paid roughly $2, 000-$5, 000, than you definitely have a Bombay cat because breeders will sell them that price.

Energy no problem, I got lots of toys, cat trees, scratches e.t.c They fun, loving, beautiful creatures . Every pet owner dream in my opinion.
Be careful they are extremely smart. My cat saw me setting his electric butterfly once ( his interactive toy), now he does it by himself all the time .
I would say they are smart as tuxedo cats but more social ❤
