I like how chef Frank didn't make it dramatic and said something like "you have been eating cupcakes wrong!" or "this is the correct way to eat cupcakes". Rather he is only giving his suggestion ("I think this is the proper way"), which is actually a good one.

I still prefer the traditional way, but this is good if you want to chocolate dip it or serve it in a new way.

The reason this is correct is because it's supposed to be a cake in a cup. People got lazy and never did it so it was lost and forgotten to time. Ty chef Frank for educating the people
