Dear Remi, you are having migraine strength headaches every time you drink matcha. From someone that 1) has so many of the same food issues as you have disclosed over the years and 2) watching your 1st day and 4th day Tokyo Vlogs, you can see yourself you have a migraine about an hour after you have the matcha each time. Now, I have told you I learned I was allergic to the catechols of coffee and tea. You may too. The easiest test is the Viome test. I want you to live your life to its fullest which is why I continue to recommend this test that you could do from the privacy of your own home and doesnt cost that much also takes fsa and hsa I have lived with digestive problems for over 2 decades please save yourself the pain and money. Love you ❤
