Great advice ! Personally, to feel the right moment to turn and have a good release, I try to have the sensation that my maximum speed arrives just after the impact of the ball, which forces me not to turn immediately at the moment of the backswing and release everything for the finish in the right timing naturally.

Perfect timing on this one! Literally learning about this right now in Mike Benders book. You are correct I’m terrified of hitting a massive snap hook with this which is my current “miss” on most of my shots. Pulls or snap hooks. That wrist flick is tough if you don’t have the right inside path, tilt, shoulder square and hips out of sequence. This is golf….😵‍💫

Just remember everyone. You must keep the triangle on the way through impact. It's very easy to view this as a flipping motion when it's a trail wrist extension on the way through.

Currently trying to fix my hips not opening. I'm no longer pull hooking, but I still hook most shots, especially with shorter clubs.

Been working on this and i do pull the ball. Hard to get correct timing of hip and arm movement.
