The Passenger door is different. The screw under the handle on the drivers side is under the door pull on the passenger. If you know this it becomes easy to figure out. It helped to stumble across another video for the Chevy Traverse which has the same doors as the Acadia.

I am going to be replacing my factory speakers with a good pair of aftermarket and I'm watching this video for panel removal but I'm also looking at the speakers from factory. would I need brackets that go around the factory speakers to install or should just the mounting hardware that's included be OK?

Hi guys .. I need help with my car. It is gmc acadia 2008. When I lock the car from the inside using the button on the driver side, it sometimes only closes the driver side door rather than closing all of the doors for the car, and it not locked and unlock the door either. The passenger side lock buttons work to open and lock and unlocked all of the doors, and the remote car key buttons work to open it as well. However, my driver side is the issue and doesn't manually work well. How can I fix it? thanks
