Sheriffs in SoCal say they won't enforce pandemic lockdown prompted by surge in hospitalizations

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco this week vowed not to enforce the state’s new coronavirus restrictions, calling Gov. I feel for many small businesses that can’t simply close because they didn’t get any stimulus aid unlike big corporations that got big bailouts from the government and are exempt from closing because they’re deemed “essential”.

This is the right thing to do, sheriff. The ppl do not need more stress during financial hardship and a pandemic.
Deciding to keep retails owned by large corporations ( speaking of malls ) even if it's a the 20% capacity but shutting down small businesses and outside dining??? I have a sense that the governor is taking extreme measures because of him being caught and mocked. We see you.
