Before Luna was made Captain, when he was on patrol in Belmont Shore....that deranged insane man was in a police jeep on a deserted dog beach early one morning while I was walking my old 8 lbs yorkie....he interrogated me for nearly a half hour for not having a bag....I explained my dog just used it and I threw it in the trash....he continued on and on....I was 65 years old with my 15 year old dog. I was terrified because I could tell he was unbalanced. Finally, he let me go....he should not be in a position of
power.

Can I say something please and NOT get any hate? I am all about people wanting to come and build better lives for themselves. The United States absolutely does not have unlimited resources to continue to absorb MORE PEOPLE. How much longer before the D>ems/Bl>ue/wo>ke understand this? We do NOT have enough housing, public schools, hospitals, space on already congested streets/freeways, fresh water... most agree is a growing problem already, and even JOBS... yes, I understand many work jobs that Americans don't want to.
