Agility training is often just a cone drill that is memorized by athletes. That is not true agility. True agility is your ability to react and change direction quickly.

Going to use this for training for USPSA. Good in a straight line but never done anything for quick direction changes like this. Great drill!

Thanks for the good vid. I’m 13 and track starts next week and I’ve been training on/off for the past 2 months ish. Last year my 100m time was 16 seconds and I never practiced (other than the actual track practices) for track. I’ve been running in my backyard and doing your excercises and by June, I’m hoping to get a 14-15 second dash. I’ll update y’all in June!
