It sounds like the key here is intent. If the intention is for business purposes without the intent to defraud creditors, they can’t make you reverse the transactions

Here’s a million dollar question-if a judgment has been awarded BUT no lien of any type has been filed/issued/etc (yet) onto real property or cars, etc; IS THE JUDGMENT A SECURED OR UNSECURED DEBT?
