Yeah but how do you transfer assets to the LLC that can still play against you on court

There is one thing I can not wrap my head around. All of us interested in this subject know of the quote attributed to John D. Rockefeller, "Own nothing, control everything".
O.K. So I have set-up my affairs to literally own nothing(except my 2004 Lexus SUV :), but I control those entities. Can not a Federal Judge still order me to pay/sign over the assets to a creditor since I "control" them?

What about us average bears? That may not have ideal assets that lend themselves to several of these strategic entity plans but still exposed? How do we protect our accumulation?

Can't the Court just take the assets of the LLC. If the lawsuit was against the llc? And can't the court arrest the manager for not obeying orders of the court? This sudden change in manager. Can't this be made an issue and you being Imprisoned?

I Just don't get why won't the court have jurasdiction over a company in their own country? Even if it's accounts and ownership is outside the country? Wouldn't this be just a case of saying I am not gonna comply to the US courts?
