Two things this show did that I thought was really cool were having him take alot of damage during his fights, making it feel a bit more realistic, and the way they had him keep his bruises and wounds from previous fights, especially on his face, so that he wasn't magically healing from one day to the next. It helped to show that he's been through some shit
