What’s happening in this movie clip?
In this clip from Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) is imprisoned for a brief moment for murders Blackheart committed. He fights his inmates and gets out to search for Blackheart.

What’s the movie about?
In order to save his father from an accident, stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) sells his soul to the devil. This deal has a price: human by day, Ghost Rider by night, he’s the devil’s bounty hunter. With a flaming skull and a fiery motorcycle, he is sent to hunt down sinners.

Fun fact, Nic is so into the character that no CGI was used while he's in Ghost form. He removed all skin muscle and tendons (etc) and set his bare skeleton on fire. True commitment to the role.

1:42 This scene is underrated because it can be interpreted two ways. The kid is innocent of the crime, and he tried to help Cage before he went Ghost Rider.

I love how Ghost Rider doesn't retaliate after the cop breaks his jaw. He still deems him innocent because it's his job to detain prisoners and had no malevolent intentions.

As a fan of the comic when I was a kid, I wasn't disappointed by this movie. Cage did a good job, the effects aren't too much, even the music fits well throughout. The story line could've been more accurate but then, few things translate perfectly to the big screen.
