Have I told you how much that I love your channel? Simple It really is within everyone’s reach. We live much like you. We have 6 chickens, and a large garden. I preserve what I produce. It is quiet where we live. I am still working on slowing down, and being grateful, every day.

Julie, what a beautiful snow covered wonderland you have there, so peaceful. I love to watch you going about your daily life, your wood cook stove looks so cosy and warm. I did not know dried elderberries even existed! I picked some fresh this summer thinking to make jelly, but they were so full of tiny worms I had to throw them out and never tried again.
