I have gone to Oak Street a couple of times on Indianapolis north side. I have called them with some sort of hand problem. I have called 3 different days in a row. They keep saying they will have the nurse call me by 5 pm. They do not call!'i am a heart patient and have come to realize if I can't trust them to call them it would be foolish to trust them with my health!' I am not going to say all Oak Street offices are the same but this office seems to be a problem! Now I have to find another practice! Just an FYI for others looking for a new doctor!

When your oak street health doctors hasn’t made one attempt to meet the patent after 3 visits and received his license in a foreign country but has zero credentials showing up in your state’s database, your thinking is this Dr a fake or what?
