Step by Step Configure Mikrotik Router as a switch

Today we will see the configuration of a router in mikrotik switch.
This configuration can be used as an access point or smart switch.
If you choose a fixed ip , do not forget to add a static route and a DNS.

Saved by this video, after hours of trying to configure mikrotik hap ac2 in bridge mode via wi-fi. Always was disconnected and unable to connect, befort the configuration was completed, and had another mistakes. Also, I have router with optical line and dhcp server in front of mikrotik, so in addition to this tutorial I added Ip->dhcp client to a whole bridge. Bridge includes all physical and wireless ports in mine config. Thanks!

OK, but it would be 100 times better if you would explain, describe what you are doing, and why. There is a way to actually record voice along with video capture...check it out.

This is indeed a configuration as a switch.
If you look well it only deals layer 2 IP protocols.
Not DHCP server active
Not Route setting
Not WAN interface setup. all interface in bridged

This is not correct, you configured the mikrotik as a bridge, NOT as a switch
