Originally intended as a talk at the meeting of the German Astronomical Society, this video presents undeniable visual evidence for a liquid sun. For going more in depth, I recommend:

The problem with modern physics is they absolutely terrified to say "we don't know" They come up with these crazy theories and ideas like "dark matter" or "dark energy" the crazier the theory the more grant $

The standard model of the sun is plasma, not literally gas. The word "gas" may be used as a synonym for plasma, but it is an example of imprecise terminology. Which, unfortunately, scientists way too often resort to, in particular when adressing the general public.

For all I know, the sun may very well consist of liquid hydrogen, but in order to present this theory in a convincing way, you need to contrast it to the actual standard model of the sun.

There would seem to be a good justification to discuss the idea in-depth, and yet the scientific establishment is not allowing the discussion. In this situation, the temptation to conclude that it's because the idea is unsound is irrational and unscientific. The history of science tells us that ignoring the implications of clear and anomalous evidence has been a perennial obstacle in the progress of science, going back to Copernicus and the anomalous orbit of Mars. For a more detailed analysis of this problem, I recommend 'The Structure of Scientific Revolutions' by Thomas S. Kuhn.

I would have shown up for my one minute and put up the last image and said, "This is how condensed matter behaves, or molten minerals behave, pick one, but it is not how gas behaves, thank you."

I read Dr. Unzicker's book, I didn't understand everything since it's not my area of expertise but it's quite compelling and well written. I was surprised that both Uzicker and Robitaille (whose work the book was reviewing) were criticized so harshly by the scientific establishment for proposing the idea - I took scientists for being more open minded to productive debate but apparently not.. Definitely recommend the book.

Great presentation. Stiffness of the mind is what slows science down.

I bought your book. It's fascinating. I've been following sky scholar for years.

We can weigh cosmological bodies based upon gravitational acceleration. Once we know weight and volume we calculate density. What is the density of the sun?

How can Jupiter be liquid metallic hydrogen and the sun not be?

Is it possible that our intuitions for gas and liquid are shaped by our local conditions and don't exactly make sense for stars?

Thank you - your thoughts are always insightful. And those images are remarkable.

The ejection even falls back and behaves like a liquid as it splashes back to the surface.

a look to a new model and understanding of the sun is needed.

Since Cosmology can entertain the concepts of Dark Matter & Dark Energy, considering stars to be condesed matter isn't so far-fecthed.

What new data are we getting from the Parker Solar Probe related to this?

Just boggles the mind how people can't accept a condensed matter sun in spite of the evidence.

Are you implying the temperature that we think the sun to be is incorrect?

Compelling video. Occam's razor suggests condensed matter. What else explodes from a surface, stays consolidated, and splashes back to a surface, hours later.

I would be greatly interested to hear how standard model physicists would torture this simple explanation into complex distortions to make it fit their consensus narrative.

How much greater would their efforts be if political pressure and massive funding were attached to the consensus narrative?

Interesting. Now let's question the distance and size.
Thanks for thinking and sharing 'outside the box'.

I agree. the sun is not a ball of gas, it is a liquid metallic hydrogen.
