First, you should do something with matchmaking. This should be your priority now. Not crew improvements etc. Because it's not the most important. You have to fix mm, because random battles are not playable now. 6-7 TDs per team (or even more) is surely not good.

The additions are good but can you do something about the ammo? tanks have become unusable like the Type 5 Heavy it is supposed to be armored but it is pierced by everything and is just a hp farm

an ammo rework would be appreciated
