Dominic Raab: UK intelligence said Kabul not likely to fall in 2021

The foreign secretary has said that the central assessment of the UK government was that Kabul was 'unlikely' to fall in 2021, in an examination by a cross-party group of MPs. Raab looked as the he was trying to cover up in incompetence and slackness. He was deliberately evasive with a severe lack of detail. He's paid to know things that he simply couldn't answer. He needs to resign just like Hancock did.
