Uncheck "Throttle Download While Streaming" in Downloads. This stop Steam slowing down when it detected other internet activities.

Does not help me. I actually get the highest speed from the Mumbai server for some reason (I´m European so it really bugs me why) but it´s still a quarter of what I should be getting. I used to download at a reliable rarely dropping 5mb/s, but in the last two months it got down to 20-300kb/s, while other programs like Origin still downloads fine with 5mb/s. Any other tips?
