I have to say that was the best beef Wellington I have ever seen made and the turn out, you will catch hell on here for it being rare, but I think it’s perfect it will go down like wish I could see the whole cook this was just to fast to short, I’m gonna see if I can find this on thumbs up keep them coming....

Only thing I'll say is dice the mushrooms instead I've tried both, dicing them gives it a better texture. Blending them makes a paste
