Solid video and certainly I feel you cannot go wrong investing into an ETF / index fund. Though preferably I would rather invest into a fund that just covers that broad market and then if interested in REITs invest in them directly. My three REITs of choice are Realty Income (O), Store Capital (STOR) & STAG Industrial (STAG).. Again, solid video, thank you for sharing!

Thank you again for doing a video on DGRO and SCHD. Are you planning on doing one over VIG? It’s a little less growth than the two but has the lowest drawback downside than any other dividend ETF. As always, thanks for the great content!
