Mobile homes are just gorgeous today, almost perfect. Almost like real block built homes. The only pet peeves I have with them is far too narrow halls. No hallway should be less than 5 feet wide. The hallways are a dead giveaway that you are in a mobile home. Not enough storage. We need coat closets, bathroom closets. Huge pantries and Laundry room closets. Big bedroom closets too. Also a half bath would be nice so that guests don't have to use private bathrooms. These small fixes and you will have the perfect home.

Surfaces- flooring countertops competing against one another- too busy, & yes, & drywall would be nice- floor plan is good! My 2¢😁Thanks for the tour!👍

Is this an old modular remodeled? Huge but, very vintage old 70-80's looking.

That master closet is NOT big at all. That’s a deal breaker. Master bath should have a toilet closet. I don’t k ow anyone who wants to use the toilet while their spouse is in there getting ready in the morning. I don’t like the walls. They look very cheap. The other bedrooms are nice and big. There is only a dining area, not a dining room. And keep in mind you have to walk around the table to get into the family room, so you couldn’t have a long table. The laundry room needs a sink. I do like that they made room for a freezer in there though. But what about a closet? You didn’t show the pantry. How big is it?

This is beautiful but the walls look flimsy. I would need at least drywall on the walls
