This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Destiny Homes. The model for this home is the “Sparrow.” This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,135 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Any family that needs 5 bedrooms MIST CERTAINLY needs a good size pantry.

Now this house is pretty awesome. And the price sounds good as well. A few tweaks would make it darn near perfect. The living room is huge. Actually bigger than it needs to be since this house also has a Family Room. Slide the front door to the left and add closets to the wall shared with bedroom 2. That way you have a coat closet in your living room and you get rid of the bump out closet in the bedroom. Get rid of all the shiplap wall. Just no. Would be nice if they put a wall between the kitchen and the living room a few feet to create more of a division. Like maybe to the point where the dining room technically starts? I like the optional master bath plan that just has a shower and not a tub. The utility room is a tad bit small. Really don't need that little cabinet stuck between where the washer and dryer would go. It bothers me that there is not a pantry in the kitchen. But the kitchen does have floor to ceiling cabinets and is in that good L-shape configuration. The double sink is good and it is positioned in front of the window. But it really needs to be installed 'under' the counter and not dropped in on top. The white brick tile is ugly. Rip that out. I'd actually prefer a regular door in the Dining area. That would create wall space where you could install a pantry at the end of the kitchen counter. Good number of windows. I would prefer just one in the master bedroom to cut down on noise and light. You really don't need three whole bathrooms. Even in a large family the odds of three people trying to bathe at the same time are pretty slim. Take bath 3 and make it just a half bath. That way bedroom 5 can have a normal closet and you could even expand the utility room just a little. Maybe stick the hot water tank there instead of the closet in the master bedroom. Overall, I think this is one of the best layouts I've seen at one of the best prices.

As a family of six if I was to go for one of these park home buildings, it would have to be a five bedroom so the kids can have their own room and for me and the wife this one is a good one .

Very nice home Chance. I just like my master bedroom and bath with that beautiful tub to be on the other end of the home away from the kitchen for quietness away from the kitchen noise.

This is a good floorplan for a family. That family room would probably end up as a kids' play room or teen game room. I'd chang out the black trim for my own personal choice, but otherwise, the colors are nice.

my favorite but the family room in the back by the bedrooms should be with the other rooms for a super room for company. my favorite by far....

Love a big house. I need space for two completely different businesses and this would fill the bill. For the Master, I'd leave the shower, but have them gut everything else. I'd use the space for my craft business, and the closet for my supplies. The main room would be my office. This way both businesses would be in one area. and would be off limits to guests. Yes, my dogs would get their own room, but would likely sleep in mine.
I'd put a small freezer in the laundry room, and the front closet would be the pantry.
