I'm convinced what most women consider a "dad bod" is basically a bodybuilder but around 17-20% body fat. Not what most men would consider an actual dad bod (beer gut with no ass from sitting on the couch all day). So basically grind for 5 years in the gym and enjoy your food along the way if your goal is to appease women on the internet.

A lot of girls say they want a guy with a "dad bod" but have absolutely no idea what a dad bod is. Just say you want a massive muscular guy and leave it at that. I know being young and inexperienced seems like a good excuse at the time, but let's not talk about men's physiques if you don't know the first thing about them outside of "I saw this on tiktok" or something.

I do amateur shows and I’m natural, so as soon as I start bulking I look fat. One day my friends sister asked me if I quit bodybuilding because I looked fat too her. Pretty much made me feel like crap, but I ended up winning the show I was prepping for. It made me realize that you’re the only one that knows what’s going on. I wouldn't say this is a lesson about social media standards, I'd actually say it's a lesson related to a frequent trend I see, where absolutely goblin-tier -45/10 bri'ish women who, through some foul and unholy miscarriage of justice, culture and beauty, possess the confidence and standards of Brasilian supermodels, the humility of Connor Mcregor, the intelligence of a tadpole, the personality of a worn out sneaker, and the appearance of a soggy lemon that's been poorly sprayed with orange tanning, that somehow think they're God's gift to this earth who's mission is to arbitrate who is attractive and who isn't.

I think you're misunderstanding what the girls were saying, but its understandable because the girls don't know what "dad bod" means. She gave the numerical rating "10" to the "dad bod". She thinks dad bod is a compliment, that it means like the body of someone she wants to have children with.

I just stopped woriking out for results altogether. This might be a huge cope (what isn't lmao) but I find the hard work to be the reward by itself. I workout cause I like the pump, the burn. I like the process of climbing more than the view at the top of the mountain. If I was 4'3" without arms I'd still just workout legs. Not to become anything or impress myself, but just because I must work the process
