I swear I saw the _best_ dad bod on a guy yesterday! I was at the dmv and it was a hot day and the room was packed. And he was solo with 3 young daughters, and one daughter had a significant physical disability so he was carrying her the entire time, (like more than 2 hours!), never ignoring his other 2 daughters. Those arms that carry his child, and that heart that carried the love and sacrifice for his daughters...best dad bod EVER!

Don't wanna sound like Debbie Downer here but because of having a dad who was always absent in my childhood, watching these videos makes me very sad. But at the same time, it's good to know that there are some good dads out there. Growing up, I thought that all dads drank a lot and abused mum and yelled a lot. It was hard to realise that his behaviour wasn't right. I still don't feel comfortable around him and occasions like father's day always make me bitter. I hope people only have kids if they are up for the commitment- my sister and I still battle with the scars that he gave us.
