When you mirror a narc in ALL ways.. silent treatment, when they discard you discard, triangulate... it drives them insane. The thing that most kills them is definitely no contact.

Yup they hate the silent treatment but when you finally talk to them and they tell “I don’t like the silent treatment” then you switch it up and try to include them into whatever you doing and now they giving you the silent treatment while they on social media. Very sickening experience!

It may work not to give them power they are looking for so just ignore but you can not be silent in some cases. Silence may mean that you agreeds on what they want when you do not, or if they Gaslighting you.
