2. Go to effect - channel - shift channels.
3. Turn the Green and Blue Channel Off
4. Duplicate your layer.
5. Turn Green back on and turn red off.
6. Duplicate again.
7. Turn Green off and turn on blue.
8. Select the two top layers and set the blend mode to screen.
9. Hit "P" on your keyboard and add expression wiggle(2,10)
