RGB SPLIT EFFECT in Premiere Pro WITHOUT PLUGINS

In this video I'll show you two different ways to create an RGB Split effect in Premiere Pro without using and third party plugins. One of the methods is a simple technique that adds more of an RGB blur than a split, but the second method creates the traditional RGB split effect that you're probably here to learn.

These same concepts can actually be applied to After Effects as well!

Hey @Dominic Krupp Can I actually make this with just a adjustment layer instead of duplicating clips? I got to do that for a large amount and its a too much for my pc to handle, it crashed about 20 times before rendering the video (which is approximately 10 minutes), and can you 'recommend' a plugin or something for my work to be easier?
