Givin him the franchise was a G move. Let him be his own boss, not just a cash check. The freedom and potential she just awarded this man is insane actually.

The level of respect he had, at age 20, to someone he thought was new and works for him? That’s something.

This brought tears to my eyes. I'm glad his boss was able to help him out financially.

These are the types of owner's/boss's that we all need.

What’s crazy is how many business owners could do this that don’t. Bravo to those who notice their loyal employees and take care of them. That can literally make or break a business if you want solid long term employment out of your staff

Hard work and being genuine are what rewards us as human being.

When he says he doesn't have to worry about how he picks up his little brothers, you can feel the relief in his voice. What a fine example of someone who suddenly had †o step-up after such a tragedy, and did so with dignity, responsibility, love and respect.

1st off...great employer.
2nd off.. this is exactly what happens to hard working humble people. Good things come their way.
I assure you that this guy will be the most loyal employee she's ever had.
Good luck with your future

It's not every day you see a young man take on the role as head of house and still try to keep it together after the loss of his father at a young age. Very respectful and appreciative. Hard work does count for something. Thanks to his boss for helping him out as well seeing his passion for his hard work. Your a blessing to him and his family.

The respect from this young man brings tears to my eyes. The love and compassion he has for his family is so admirable. So sorry for the loss he has too. It’s so hard to lose a parent so young.

When you can separate your work life and home life but still keep a positive outlook on your own life, you'll always come out a winner. I want to hire this guy to do my landscape because he takes such pride.

People are getting money and stuff, right and left on this show and it almost seems like “That’s all he got?!” But, the thankfulness he exhibits is just so heartwarming! ❤️

I always hated when ppl would ask how I lost my dad. Not because it made me mad but because the looks on their faces and the pause of silence after my answer. Sometimes people don’t know how to reply and that silence feels like an eternity. I’m so happy she helped him and gave him what he deserved. He knows his dad is so proud.
