I took your advice and I'm being very careful. I'm buying a cheap house that allows tax increase without breaking my bank. Instead of breaking my lease, I'm letting it expire so i can buy. My interest rate est, without considering my credit score, is 6.125%. So I estimate my interest rate is 5.7-5.8%
