How to make Olive Tapenade Recipe

LAY HO MA everyone! I love finger foods! Join me in this episode on how to make a delicious olive tapenade. This is simple to make, packed with flavour, and makes an incredible vegan appetizer!

Ingredients:
2 pieces of garlic
1 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp capers
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
baguette for dipping

Directions:
1. place all ingredients in the blender and blend on medium high
2. slice your bread and toast in the oven on 350F for about 5min

I have to admit - I'm not the biggest fan of olives but this is definitely something I can imagine my family to enjoy! We usually have baguette with sides for our christmas dinner and this would make a good addition! Thank you so much for sharing <3

That looks so good! I love olive tapenade. It's so easy and can be a meal too. You should try it on pasta. It's super yummy.

I recommend adding sun dried tomatoes and a splash of lemon juice. You can also play around with the herbs you use to suit your taste, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano or a mix of all :)

This "tapenade" has different recipes and "interpretations" here in Italy. Try it adding a tsp apple or white vinegar....! Then let me know! :)
