In this video, I am going to teach you how to do a really simple and effective drop swap. A drop swap is where you let one track play and just when the drop is about to play, you swap it for another drop.

This is a great way to keep your audience on their toes!

Can you plz make a tutorial on drop mixing hiphop or R&B everyone on YouTube make vids on drop mixing but with house or edm music which is easy because those genres has alot of breaks and etc

Great video, but do the 2 songs have to be in same key or close to each other in terms of what key they are in?

Now even though I’ve been a DJ for over 10 years, I still watch all your videos! And all of your videos on producing are an inspiration... But the biggest problem I have right now I’ve not done any DJing for months (thanks to “COVID-19”), I’ve setup my decks and mixer and some of my controllers over the last week and although the skills are all still there, I’ve lost something! It’s almost like I’ve forgotten how to DJ! Any thoughts?

A better example is mash up 2 songs porter Robinson- unison vs paris blohm - expand. Go listen to the original song 1st then go listen to thr 2nd song then try listening to thr 3rd mash up song n then use it to practice doing the double build up drops
