Hi Stuart - I get a confirmation that I have a licence against my username but when I progress to power apps - I get the following message

You can access Power Apps using a Microsoft Account after you have atleast one licence. You may sign up for a free licence.

Any advice on what could be going wrong?

i guess you do need a company domain of some sort now? i could do the trial with my own domain, but it expired after a month. not sure if it works buying a cheap domain for one year and not renweing it?=

I tried following your video. After clicking on join and navigating to the Dashboard, it shows the following message -

I've tried creating an e5 subscription right after joining the developer program but then I got this error: "We're unable to complete this request; Sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Please try again in a few days.". Is there an alternative?
