If you don't want frame gen then medium+dlss quality. If you are okay with Frame gen (like me) then High+dlss quality+ frame gen.

Bonus tip:- If you want smooth gameplay with not much load on GPU and no heating then cap the fps to 60, in game or rivatuner(comes with MSI afterburner)
