As a reminder: I have DSL so anywhre above 40 tends to be death for me (And I am reasonably certain other players can bog down the server)

I play on 2 servers. both with average 40 ping. Takes me like 3-4 minutes to find any raid on any map at any time.

I don't experience anywhere near the ping variance you're getting on server select screen, even to Chinese servers, the ping bounces 5 or 10 at worst up/down. Not sure what could be causing the level of variance that you're experiencing. The only time I experience anything strange is at raid start there's sometimes a rise in ping while the server loads or whatever reason, usually last 30 seconds at most though then stabilizes to normal.

I need to start playing on EU or RUS so I can play with the advantage players like you have by running 70-150 ping.
I'm always on 20-40 ping even on CAN server's.
