What can we do?? Live right on pond covered in green alge but wildlife like turtles, fish and water birds are thriving, I dont know how.

Most useless YouTube video ever! How are my local officials going to know about the pond on my property? Tell us something useful like how to test for it! And differences between an algae bloom, foam, pollen, etc.
