In the last few weeks, I have been working on something very special to me…
I try learn by ear the entire “Live at Pompeii” release in 1972 by Pink Floyd. This iconic concert/documentary/film was mainly recorded live with no audience on the oldest surviving roman amphitheatre. Surrounded by a unique atmosphere, the setlist, the execution, the scenes and everything else are just incredible.
So, the next seven videos that I will post here will present the "Live at Pompeii" in its entirety - starting with the magnanimous first part of "Echoes". Echoes was originally released as the last song from “Meddle” (1971) by Pink Floyd.
I hope you like my approach to the song!

Note: this piece is not at A 440 Hz. I tried to tune my bass by ear, but for that reason the pitch may be a little "out" sometimes.
