Rest in peace, Mr. Rickman. Yes the Snape from the books acts differently in this scene, but I like this rendition a lot. Maybe even more. It just fits with all his other performances in the other movies. He's way more menacing with his apparently calm demeanor, despite the fact that he had just "murdered" the Headmaster of Hogwarts, but internally he's struggling. He just couldn't show that to Harry yet. A true walking tragedy of a man.
