Sony Has A Response To Xbox Game Pass Coming?

Microsoft has been working on Game Pass for a while now adding a ton of value to it and using it as the focal point for their entire ecosystem. In a recent interview Jim Ryan from PlayStation says that news is coming soon around their response to Microsoft's growing subscription service. Could Sony actually come up with a response to Game Pass, or is Jim Ryan just saying things again?

Sony didn't just stay quiet. They criticized Microsoft and said that they were "concentrating on next gen"

We'll see... I don't really think that Sony wants to build a big competitor to gamepass, but whatever. It seems like Microsoft is going all in with gamepass, and has a huge advantage for people who play on multiple platforms. New games day one, access on PC, Xbox, and mobile, with online play included in the price means Sony will have an uphill battle.

If Sony did add all their new PS5 games to PS Now they would have to increase the sub fee or make a sub package that included Plus and PS Now.

PS now is available in very few countries so expanding that would be a start

I had no idea how much content PS Now actually had. It's odd that they haven't been pushing it more.

Sony lied right upfront with cross gen. Sony does this all the time. Flat out lie. I never understood why they do this.

You cannot download ALL PS Now games, just to clarify. This also includes some PS4 titles. Also with CFW, it's confirmed that their PS2 Classics are emulated. That's also why it's bullshit they charge for them, and don't allow backwards compatibility. They just don't want to do the testing. You can load other PS2 games via Playstations own emulator, and they work.

Xbox foothold too big at this point. Playstation starts something similar xbox just gonna spend another couple billion and there won't be anything left for them.

Well you are right my man. Didn't know that Forbidden West is a cross-gen game until now.
And also didn't know PsNow had downloadable games. I'll be damned. Honestly though really poor marketing on Sony's part.

Sony has had PSN for several years now. Only difference is Sony hasn't released 1st party games on day1

What they can do to upgrade the Psnow is to:
Make all games downloaded
Add Ps1-Ps3 Games
Psnow x (Any game company)
Psnow x Plus collection
