This is old. It doesn't now take you to "transfer" etc, it takes you to a load of guff and bumph that is anything but "upload some files and send them - because your inbox won't do it". The chat is a senseless bot. All I'm getting is "upgrade, upgrade upgrade" and the "current plan" (no charge) is inoperative. I don't get the same screen as he shows.

30 minutes later - job done. The screen of bumph has the "get rid of this" button on top left - like Mac rather than usual Windows. Me being slow and stupid, it took me ages to find the transfer screen. This done, it's as simple as I remember from when I last used it some years ago.
