I started to watch you back in the "old days". I'm not sure YouTube existed then. I was using Alta Vista back then! lol. BUT, I remember when Facebook first came out and you reviewed it. If memory serves, you said it serves no useful purpose but was strangely enjoyable. lol. Or that is the way I remember it. I would love a "throw back" series to revisit some of those clips from the wild west days of the internet. It might be amusing. Cheers!

Thank you so much, it was a breeze to send a link for a large mp3 audio file. I used Thunderbird for email and that didn't work. So I went to the webmail and it worked perfectly as shown. Thank you

this didn't work for me. on the phone it doesn't ask anything about an attachment, the only option is to click the paperclip icon and when I choose the video it just says too large and that's it.

So all I have to do is upload my video file like always do and if it's bigger than 25 then it'll automatically tell me I have to upload it to Google Drive and then I click the okay got it and that's it then send the email then thy get the link?

It didn't work for me. when I Try to attach the file it didn't ask me to put it into my Google Drive. it just says it's too large. maybe it should be two minute videos LOL😂

Does doing this give them access to Drive? I mean when they click on the link do they get taken to a folder within Drive, or when they click on a link does it just start automatically downloading, and they don't see anything about where it's coming from (Drive)?

It doesn't work on a European google account, even though I have a .com email address/google account. I can send readable file links to videos hosted on Google Drive, but then the recipient can only view the file, not download it. IOWs I have to maintain the video in my drive. Is thre a work around for this? Thank you in advance.

Just me ranting and I don’t even post videos. But it would drive me insane to know that over 99 thousand people have watched this video. If I wanted to use google drive, or any other cloud service, I wouldn't have searched this topic like I did. This youtube title is not accurate, as the video explains how to use google drive to send a large file.
