HOW TO BOUNCE YOUR PECS
I'll show you how to bounce your pecs in this video. Simply contrast each of your chest muscles individually without moving your arms to bounce your pecs up and down. Bouncing your chest is a great way to build up your core muscles. It also feels really good.
In this video, I'm going to show you how to bounce your chest. The first thing you want to do is take your arms and cross them over your chest. Now, you're going to press them together with your arms and then push them out. This will make it easier for you to bounce up and down.
