Do I need a work permit letter in order to work full time after applying post graduate work permit?

Sir i apply for pgwp on 2 September and but i get letter on 6 September on which it wrote we received application on 2 September so i can work from 2 sept

So it means it all depends on the employer if they want the document nothing can be done until we receive the document but on other hand we can work legally once we submit our pgwp application after fulfilling legal requirements and also if employer supports .

I could not find a job yet and I was wondering if it will be okay for me to start working for a new employer with an expired sin number?
(Can the company pay me and report tax even when my sin number is expired by the time they hire me?)
