Vinod Sonkar, Chairman of Lok Sabha Ethics Committee told India Today on Friday that he has received businessman Darshan Hiranandani's letter against Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra in the ongoing cash-for-query row.
Calling the letter "sworn affidavit", Sonkar further said that the decision to summon the TMC MP will only be made after hearing BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and Supreme Court lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai's statements on October 26, and on the basis of the evidence they provide to back their allegations against Moitra.

Wah Rajdeep, you called the right guy, a Mr. Bhattacharya. He conveniently brushes aside the criminality of this lady who obviously indulged in corrupt practices and is beating around the bush and deflecting the issue saying this is what happens when you taken on the high and mighty. Asking questions is the responsibility of MP like Mr. B says for her consitituency's sake, but taking money and benefits from one businessman to target another and the PM is to be brushed under the carpet? This whole is issue is being whitewashed by asking questions like why has it gone to ethics committee, targeting her etc etc. They say, keep a friend close, keep an enemy closer, but in your case it might be the right thing to send you far far far far far away where you can do less damage to India! It all comes down to two things:

1. Did she receive money or gifts in lieu of asking questions ?
2. Did she shared her username and password with Mr H ?

If either one of these true, as claimed by Mr H, then there's no hiding for Ms MM, she'll be going to jail.

Also the affidavit is a smoking gun and should be taken very seriously by any of Mahua fans.
