Just joined your channel recently. I am addicted. And learning so much from you. I need to figure out which video to watch first, being someone who is totally new to IF. Full fat dairy is overall better, it has been proved in studies that the protein in dairy isn't absorved if the fat quantity is removed. Don't be scared of using dairy products, I consume sheep milk yoghurt which is around 6-7% fat, just adjust the portion. I don't know whether this applies to protein powders as well, I haven't used protein powder for 2 years and if I used I'd try to find a quality grass-fed whey isolate, vegan blends just don't seem worth it by having read the labels.

I have high cholesterol so I try to stay away from cheese as much as possible bc all that fat will end up right in my arteries😅 I just have nutritional yeast & eat as little cheese as possible.
