I mean call the dialogue what you will, but revisiting the Prequels after so many years, I just absolutely fell in love with them.

The story of Anakin's upbringing and fall, the Emperor's political maneuvering, the hubris of the Jedi Council - everything added so much more depth and weight to the OT. Even the Anakin-Padme romance was really touching in an innocent and playful way.

I have to admit the Clone Wars series makes the Prequels even more powerful, especially Anakin's ark, but even without that I wouldn't say they were bad films - quite the opposite.















Sequel trilogy sucks. All of it.

Look at Carrie Fisher’s IMDb page. The trivia section. She has been a script doctor on many popular known films including the prequel trilogy. So he did in fact have someone try to clean up those scripts.

i like the fact that the hatred for the prequels stopped, i mean yea sometimes is pretty bad but in general, they work as prequels, and backstory for the OT, and of course the memes are 10/10, i think star wars prequel memes are one of the best things that have happened to humanity

I love the prequels to death but I'll admit they have so many flaws. Corny dialogue, dry acting, and confusing story. Revenge of the Sith is my third favorite Star Wars. And being honest, watching TCW really makes me love the movies more. George is right 100% with this. Love the man and when he admits he fucked up, the fans should also admit that there was a fuck up.

I love the Prequels. Anyone else's opinion does not affect it. I have noticed, however, that when I was growing up that I started to dislike the Prequels purely because the people around me were bashing them. When I broke out of being influenced by other's opinions, I started to love the Prequels again.
